CoreValue, one of the fastest-growing IT-outsourcing company based in Ukraine, is looking for a Director of Business Analysis for Lviv office.
We are seeking an energetic person with strong technology and consulting background and expect the successful candidate to demonstrate high motivation and ability to solve complex problems and achieve set goals
- 5+ in business analysis, UI/UX design etc

Responsibilities:
1. Define BA standards - the business analysis processes, practices, methodologies, and tools used by the company to perform business analysis activities throughout the business solution life cycle.
2. Ensure the BA competency development and continuous improvement.
3. Define the “best practice” approach and implement practices one by one, universally across the entire team of Business Analysts, moving on to the next practice once the previous one has been mastered and is consistently being used in the manner which has been defined as the standard best practice.
4. Define and provide a set of trainings and any other learning initiatives that cover all aspects of the BA competency for all BAs to align the vision of the entire BAO team on one set of practices and skills.
5. Conduct general monitoring activities to ensure timely and efficient result.
6. Manage the BAO personnel, be responsible of BAO staffing and team building
9. Define, develop and constantly improve the BAO services of different level and scope and promote these services inside and outside the company
10. Develop and maintain the Consulting Partners network in the USA; develop assessment criteria and process for selecting consulting partners; and develop a process for partner involvement
